RETURN POLICY
While we hope that you will love your items, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with you purchased, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 15 days of the delivery date for US orders and we will provide store credit only.
Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove the sanitary slip.
Due to health regulations; items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Maxine Swimwear discretion to determine if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled or used, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. Maxine cannot accept the order, and will have to damage out any soiled suits.
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions via email.
Can I return an international order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the return department you will receive your refund typically within 48 hours. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
